- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Vouchers have no expiry date
- Please remember to bring your Gift Voucher to your session or normal charges will apply.
- Vouchers cannot be shared
- Membership points are added when vouchers are purchased not redeemed.
- Lost vouchers can only be redeemed by the recipient with proof of identification.
